These terms apply to the use of the https://maxtrip.io website ("MaxTrip", "the Service"), operated by MaxTrip. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree — please refrain from using the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over, or for minors with the approval of a parent or guardian and under their responsibility.

MaxTrip provides a digital service for trip planning and for comparing options. The Service collects your preferences in a conversation and, using artificial intelligence, generates a proposed itinerary including destinations, flights, hotels and activities.

The booking, the payment and the actual service are provided by external suppliers and are subject to their terms. MaxTrip is not a travel agency, does not sell or market tourism services, does not charge you for the trip, and is not a party to any agreement formed between you and the airline, the hotel, the activity provider or the booking site.

The nickname "Max — your travel agent" describes the product experience, i.e. a personal assistant that talks with you. It does not create an agency relationship, professional advice or a travel agency of any kind.

The itinerary, the recommendations, "Max"'s explanations and the place descriptions are generated by a language model. Such output may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or out-of-date information — including places that have closed, opening hours that have changed, wrong distances or incorrect flight details.

The information is presented as a proposal and a starting point for planning, and does not constitute professional advice. Verify every material detail against the official source before relying on it.

All prices shown in the Service — flight, hotel and activity prices and the trip's total — are estimates only. They change with availability, dates, the number of travellers and exchange rates, and are not a binding offer.

The binding price is the one shown by the supplier when the booking is completed. There may be differences between the amount shown here and the actual amount.

Before making a booking or setting out, it is your responsibility to check with the official sources:

• Passport validity and visa requirements for the destination and transit countries
• Health and vaccination requirements
• Travel warnings and guidance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the security authorities
• Suitable travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover
• Each supplier's cancellation, change and refund terms
• The itinerary's fit to personal needs — accessibility, medical constraints, kosher or dietary requirements

MaxTrip is not liable for damage caused by relying on the Service without carrying out these checks.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them, MaxTrip may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. Commission never affects the order of recommendations. It helps us cover our running and development costs and keep the service free.

The affiliate programmes we work with or may work with: Aviasales, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, DiscoverCars. The order in which destinations, flights and hotels are presented is set by fit to what you asked for and by price and rating data — not by the size of the commission.

You may use the Service for personal travel planning. You may not:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or contrary to these terms
• Scrape, copy or automatically collect content from the Service
• Circumvent technical limits, overload the Service or disrupt its operation
• Enter another person's information without their permission
• Present the Service's output as your own creation, for commercial purposes, without our approval

We may limit or block access to the Service in cases of misuse.

The Service, the design, the code, the trademarks and the system content are our property or the property of our licensors. Images are supplied by third parties and are subject to their licences. The itinerary built for you is for your personal use, and you may save it, print it and share it for private use.

The Service is provided AS IS and subject to availability. We do not undertake continuous or fault-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. The Service limits the number of itinerary generations within a period of time, to keep it available to everyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxTrip shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage caused by use of the Service or reliance on it, including financial loss, a cancelled trip, a missed flight or a mismatch of a service booked from an external supplier.

Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law, including consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and liability for bodily harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, unless consumer law grants you the right to apply to another forum.
