Accessibility Statement

We are working to make the Service accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard (TI) 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

As of the update date, the site meets the standard partially. We do not declare full conformance, because it has not yet been achieved. The components not yet made accessible are detailed in section 3.

• Semantic page structure — hierarchical headings, main content regions and navigation
• The site is served in two languages: the Hebrew version is declared as Hebrew with right-to-left direction, and the English version (at URLs starting with /en) is declared as English with left-to-right direction — so screen readers read each version correctly
• Buttons and links operable from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• Text labels for the selection buttons — destination, flight and hotel — so the choice is read out and its state is conveyed
• Forms with associated labels and error messages in text, not colour alone
• Decorative images are marked as such and do not interfere with reading
• The conversation with Max is a live region — new answers are announced to a screen reader
• A "skip to main content" link as the first keyboard stop on every page
• Responsive design that allows text enlargement and use on small screens

These are the components we know do not meet the standard. We are working on them, and in the meantime we'll gladly assist with any of them by phone or email:

• The itinerary maps — the interactive map is not accessible to a screen reader. All the information that appears on it (hotels, activities, cities) also appears as text on the itinerary page and the summary page
• Rearranging activities by drag — moving an activity between days is done by mouse drag, and there is currently no keyboard alternative. An activity can be removed and replaced with an alternative without dragging
• Some of the contrast in secondary text and small labels does not reach the required ratio
